Data we process
We process uploaded photos, item descriptions, valuation results, usage counters and account identifiers required to provide the service.
Why
Data is used to identify items, find comparable offers, generate valuations, maintain history, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
External processors
Photos and prompts may be processed by the configured AI provider. Search terms are sent to the configured market-search provider. Payment data will be handled by Stripe only after payments are activated.
Storage and deletion
Valuation history and its stored image can be deleted from My items. You can export your data or delete your account data from the account panel.
Important
Do not upload identity documents, bank cards, faces, addresses, private correspondence or other unnecessary personal information.
